- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had surgery that went bad. Wound up in coma. My sisters gave my intact tax folder for my taxes to be done by Basinger. They paid Basinger. My taxes were NEVER sent in because I could not sign the form. They did NOT file an extension. When I came home about a year later, there they were... completed, but never sent. As I started to repair my life after such a long hospital stay, I had to get a new tax agent to repair the damage and he found out they were done incorrectly anyway. So my sisters paid my good cash for this to happen... late fees, penalties, incorrect procedures and no extension filed. How irresponsible. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I'm going to demand my fees back. They ought to pay my incurred late fees and penalties too due to THEIR incompetance.By A Google User, October 10, 2016
